In work, style, and personal brand, Pia Mance defies categorization. So it's only fitting that her brand Heaven Mayhem also refuses to be pigeon-holed. Beyond your average "influencer brand," Heaven Mayhem shares Pia's POV: focused on only launching what's truly inspiring, always community-first, and built on the belief that fun fashion doesn't need to be saved for exclusively special occasions.
For this week's SIDIA Stories, Pia talks with us about building a brand, empowering women, and prioritizing inspiration over money grabs.

We always start these convos the same way — with honoring your roots. Which women have had the strongest influence on your life and why?
"Both my mum and my mother-in-law. I have been with my husband since age 16 so I’m equally as close with his mum as my own. They have both taught me two entirely different ways of life, business, and relationships. It’s been incredibly insightful and valuable to have such different yet wonderful perspectives."
With that in mind, we love the influence you’re making on others as a strong woman herself. Whether it’s via your social channels or through your leadership at Heaven Mayhem, we love seeing the example you set. What intention drives how you show up, especially when it comes to building a team at Heaven Mayhem?
"The intention behind building my team is to create an environment where my team members really feel like Heaven Mayhem as much a part of them as it is of me. I want everyone to feel like they own their own career and can have a huge impact in the company. Heaven Mayhem is very collaborative and team-centric which I love — it feeds my creativity but also creates the best working environment."
Speaking of Heaven Mayhem, we are so inspired by the way you’ve created such an incredible brand. In a very saturated market that’s unfortunately very full of half-baked creator brands, how did you conceptualize bringing something of real value to your community?
"I never set out to be a creator brand and don’t believe Heaven Mayhem falls under that umbrella at all. I did start Heaven Mayhem as I wanted to run my own business and had lots of fun ideas. I started with one product and really went from there, only adding to the product offering when I had inspiration to create something new. I think our community can sense that our products are born from a place of need and love, rather than a money grab."We’re also in awe of the way you design jewelry and other pieces that feel like covetable treasures — but without a massive price tag. Did you have creating accessible heirlooms in mind when you created Heaven Mayhem?
"Definitely, I love our price point for that reason: it becomes accessible to a wider range of people and only allows our community to grow further. My favorite thing about Heaven Mayhem is meeting our customers and community and learning why they made the purchase, when they wear their pieces, if they purchased for an occasion. It fascinates me that we have girls receiving a pair of earrings as a graduation gift and mother-daughter duos buying matching watches. I love that our accessible price point lends to this array of amazing customer experiences and journeys."

Last question. It seems that, even as someone who’s travelling internationally every other day, you prioritize adhering to the self-care that makes you feel your best. What rituals keep you grounded during travel?
"I’m often on a plane and living out of a suitcase. My go-to rituals always include taking my supplements daily — I put them into little ziploc bags so I can throw them in my bag. I travel with my Kroma Wellness Bone Broth, an eye mask, and The Skinny Confidential Mouth Tape religiously. I also like to make sure I travel with all the toiletries I need. There is nothing worse than missing your fav moisturizer at home, so of course my SIDIA Hand Serum comes everywhere with me. My last travel ritual is to plan all my outfits in advance of a trip so I can feel my most put-together."
