Where does the name Sidia come from?
SIDIA is named after our Founder & CEO Erin’s late grandmother, Sidia. She inspired Erin with her timeless style, humor, resilience, and grit. Her inherent grace left a lasting legacy that shapes the brand today—rooted in comfort, thoughtful design, and empowering women to live freely and without restriction.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Paypal and Sezzle for interest-free installment payments.
How does Sezzle work?
Sezzle allows you to split your entire order into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. At checkout, all you’ll need to do is choose Sezzle as you would any other payment method. You may be directed to a separate window to fill in your information. Purchases with Sezzle are subject to approval.

Can I make adjustments to my order after it’s been placed?

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Email us at hi@sidiathebrand.com with "Cancel" and your Order # in the subject line as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it—but we’re happy to help you process a return and refund.
