SIDIA is named after Erin’s (our Founder & CEO) late-grandmother, Sidia. She inspired Erin through her enduring style, humor, resilience, grit, and inherent grace left a legacy that serves as the brand's blueprint today; rooted in comfort, design, and inviting women to live unfettered and free from restriction.
Our offices, partner factories & warehouse are located in Toronto, Canada.

Introducing SIDIA Collects: A new program we are rolling out that preserves the afterlife of our products. SIDIA will collect garments from customers who are finished with them and either donate them to Dress for Success or in the future work with mills to break them down into recycled fabrics.
Wash cold with similar colors, lay flat to dry. Items placed in the dryer may shrink.
For styles made with natural fibers (Athena, Wild Grace, Gaia), you may notice your item becoming slightly stiff after washing. This is the nature of the fabric - once worn it will immediately begin to soften.
Shipping & Returns
We currently ship across Canada and the US.
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. This is a goal as we continue to grow - watch this space for updates!
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $250.
We process & ship your orders 5-7 business days after it has been placed (usually sooner when possible!)
Shipping times are dependent on your location - if you’re on the east coast it will generally take between 3-5 days. If you’re living on the west coast, it can take between 4-10 days for arrival once your order ships from our warehouse.
We are more than happy to help! Email us with your Order # firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on your order.
At this time, we do not offer curbside pickup
We allow 4 weeks for your package to deliver from the date your package leaves the warehouse. If the package does not move within 4 weeks, you have the option to refund or re-ship the product (pending availability). This is us absorbing FedEx’s mistake so we appreciate your patience in ensuring the package is truly lost. If you would like a faster response, please file a claim with FedEx.
Want a return or exchange? Just email us at email@example.com to let us know within 10 days of receiving your order.
The SIDIA Stories Grant is our way of both honoring and healing her complex story of trauma, and of exploring the power of story to impact generations past, present and future.
Last Fall launched our first ever SIDIA Stories Grant, in collaboration with The Open Series. The grant helped to fund 6-8 women, who are victims of intergenerational trauma, to receive free healing and therapy.
