SHIPPING

We currently ship within Canada & United States. Free Ground shipping is available on all US orders over $80 and Canadian orders over $100.

We process & ship your orders within 1-3 business days after it has been placed.  If you have any questions about your order, please email us at hi@sidiathebrand.com.

SIDIA is not responsible for any duties or taxes on deliveries. At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO boxes. 

Shipping is calculated based on the recipients location. 

UPDATE ON SHIPPING DELAYS :

Due to COVID-19, our shipping partners have been experiencing delays in delivery. While most orders are shipped within our normal 1-3 business days, some orders may take longer than usual to process.

In addition, package scans from our partners may be delayed after orders have been placed. This mean orders may not show tracking for a few days - even when your order is already on the way to you. Please allow extra time for tracking updates and final delivery.

In rare cases, you may not have tracking visibility - orders may arrive before your tracking becomes available.
