RETURN POLICY
Before processing a return, we would love the opportunity to resolve any issues you are experiencing. If you decide to proceed with a return, please be aware that you will be responsible for arranging the return delivery.
Eligibility

Return request is submitted within 10 business days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging or with the original tamper seal.

Items are not final sale and not discounted by 15% or more (including promotions, codes, and site-wide offers).

Items were not received as an exchange.

Items were purchased directly from sidiathebrand.com (not rom third-party retailers).
SIDIA Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
Return Process
1. Email hi@sidiathebrand.com with subject “Return Request: [ORDER NUMBER]” and the following information:

- The product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photo/video showing the item and intact packaging/tamper seal
2. If we approve your return request, we will provide you with a packing slip to include in your package.
3. Process the return package with your preferred carrier and provide hi@sidiathebrand.com with the tracking number, under the same “Return Request” email thread.
Note: clients are responsible for arranging delivery for their return; SIDIA Inc. will not provide a return label.
4. Once your package is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 2-5 business days for inspection and processing.
5. After approval, your bank/payment provider typically posts the refund within 3–10 business days. We will email you a confirmation once issued.
Note: original and incurred shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged/defective or incorrect, contact us within 10 business days of delivery at hi@sidiathebrand.com with photos/video. We will take care of it and provide any necessary prepaid label or replacement instructions.
